The room was great-sized and modern had all we needed, it was complete with bathroom and a beautiful venetian garden plus comfortable bed. The hotels' team was really helpful and attentive. The location was nice and perfect - walk from restaurants and cafés.

Functional unit with ac. The most important - good and incredible location very close to the ocean. Also - right by the Accademia bridge, and a clean and quiet canal.

For the price we paid, our stay at this hotel was excellent value. The room was clean and comfortable, with effective air conditioning to keep the mosquitoes out. The location was great, easily accessible by public transportation and within walking distance of all the sights. The staff was friendly, helpful, and allowed us to store our luggage after check-out so we could explore without any hassle.

I had a wonderful 1-night stay at a hidden gem in Venice. Checking in was a breeze, and the location of the hotel was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast provided was basic but sufficient. I highly recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay in Venice.

The place was quaint and unique, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The quiet location was not too far from Accademia Waterbus. It was also next to the restaurant below as well as the Rialto bridge.
